  • Approximately 3.35 miles of water mains, associated valves and appurtenances.
  • Copper water services 2 inch and smaller in public and private space.
  • Curb stop/curb stop box, meter box and penetration through building wall and connection to first fitting inside the building including installation of a shut-off valve and pressure reducing valve.
  • Permanent pavement and surface restoration.

Redevelopment of St. Elizabeth East Campus-13th Street SE Infrastructures

Summary

The Contractor’s scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, site and utility demolition within the project limits of disturbance, erosion and sediment control measures, new underground wet and dry utilities, and new roadway for approximately 1740
LF for 13th St. SE including intersections at Cypress St. SE, Cherry St. SE and the new Entrance Roadway and Security Booth at SEH. The scope of work also includes
